Schedule your birthday parties with Altitude and let our party hosts do all of the work; from organization to setup and cleanup, parents should feel like they're able to sit back and enjoy the party as much as the kids. Even better, they should get out and jump!

Here are some frequently asked questions about our Birthday Parties

How long are the parties?
  • Parties have a Two (2) hour timeframe to do the jumping, cake, pizza, and gifts.
How much in advance do I need to schedule a birthday party?
  • Parties must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. No walk-ins are allowed.
  • The cutoff for the weekend is Thursday!
Where does the pizza come from?
  • We order our pizza from Mr. Jims.
How many pizzas do the parties get with the parties?
  • The 10 Jumper parties come with 2 pizzas. The 20 Jumper parties come with 4 pizzas.
Can we add extra pizzas?
  • Yes! You can get extra pizzas for $13 per pizza. However, pizza for the weekend parties must be added on Thursday!
How much are extra jumpers?
  • Any extra jumper will be $15 added onto the tab of the party.
What comes with the party?
  • We provide pizzas, socks, plates, napkins, forks, a tablecloth, a dedicated party host, water bottles, and a cake cutter.
What is the food policy?
  • We have a no outside food or drink policy. The only food you are allowed to bring in is the birthday dessert, including but not limited to cake, cupcakes, brownies, and cookie cake. For the drinks, we provide water bottles and we also have a concession stand that you can buy drinks from. But once again, no outside food or drinks.
Are parents included in the 10 or 20 jumper count?
  • No, unless you want to include parents. That is up to you.
When do I pay?
  • We require a $100 deposit on the day of scheduling. The rest of the amount will be paid on the day of the party.
Can I upgrade my birthday party?
  • Yes! However, it depends on availability on tables and rooms.
Can I reschedule my party?
  • Yes, however we need to know that as soon as possible.

Release Waiver


All jumpers of Altitude Trampoline Park must sign a waiver to participate. Jumpers under the age of 18 must get parent/guardian consent and sign-off.
